Since 1902, Rowan Mutual has been owned by the very people we insure. There are no distant shareholders and no call centers — every policy is written, serviced, and settled from our office at 426 South Main Street in downtown Salisbury. When you call, a neighbor answers.
We are one of the few companies that cover vacant homes, we can cover contents for renters, and we’ve been keeping our promises to Piedmont families for more than 120 years.
